Not ready to commit? Not a problem! Single training sessions may be booked for $70 per session.
HOW IT WORKS β

Each selection is coursed out over a 9-week cycle to encourage muscle growth through progressive overload.

Each session is a ~1 hour training block. Unlike your therapist, we wonβt cut you off when a session isnβt finished!
Please Note: Gym Membership at Veracity Fitness will be a requirement for in-person sessions at no money down and no annual fees.

For those of you that prefer to work on your own time, or canβt make the commute, each package can be geared towards online coaching. Like training with us in person, your commitment is the biggest driving force behind your success!
